How are you doing with your New Year's Resolutions?

Gotta be very honest with you all...  I set quite a few resolutions and as of January 10th, I have not stuck with one...  Honestly, I didn't really even BEGIN!  We rang in 2011 with great friends, then enjoyed the last day of the holidays with family, and the next day was Sunday, generally a day of rest...  Monday morning I was all set to get going with my resolutions:  I was going to 1). Start my healthy eating plan (and cooking plan for not only me but the whole family), 2). Get back to exercising, 3). Work on having more patience and 4). Quit smoking (yes, I admit it...  after 3 years of being an ex-smoker, I picked up the nasty habit again a few months ago and I know that it was a mistake)

First thing Monday morning, I got a call from my parents that my grandfather passed away.  A week of sorrow and tears, eating with the family, using cigarettes as that (ridiculous) crutch and being an emotional wreck, I never did start my New Year's Resolution plan.  BUT I AM NOT GIVING UP!

I am vowing to start my New Year's Resolutions over again on Monday morning.  Anyone with me?

Here are some links to help us get going (or to help us continue, if you are already sticking to yours!):

Get started right! Start achieving your fitness goals and get a free 7 day guest membership. Hmmm... I am NOT a gym person.  Can't see myself going to a gym every day, I think for me I am better off at home (and considering my sister is a personal trainer I know she can help me stay on track at home).  BUT, having said that, I am definitely thinking about this free 7 day pass offer because I can give it a try!  Anyone want to join me?
